Hello hello
Hi: I've never ever ever been able to keep a diary and so I decided to try this out. Welcome to my ejournals. Hopefully with your help, this can go easier. Okay, so you want to meet me right. The biggest thing happening in my life right now is that I recently moved. I picked up all of my suff and moved to a city where I knew noone, had no job and probably no prospects. In fact, I rented my apartment sight unseen. Since coming here however, that dare devil bravado seems to have left me cold. The most daring thing that I have done lately is join a church. Joining the church may turn out to be a hideous mistake, because the whole, I'm the only single person thing here is getting quite old.
I don't mean to deman myself. I am very proud, that I have managed to find a job (for now) and am settling in nicely. However, I still don't have any real out of work friends, and I still haven't been on a date since coming here, December 12th. That's a really really long time. To make matters worse, I have gained ten pounds since coming here. I am determined to lose it in the next four weeks. Here's looking at you kid!
